    • Any other information designated by the Client as confidential

Obligations of the Parties

The Company agrees to:

  • Not disclose confidential information to third parties without the Client's consent
  • Take all necessary measures to protect confidential information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss
  • Provide access to confidential information only to those employees and contractors who need it to perform their duties
  • At the Client's request, provide information on how their personal data is used and processed

The Client agrees to:

  • Not disclose confidential information received from the Company to third parties without its consent
  • Take all necessary measures to protect confidential information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss

Liability


  • The party that disclosed confidential information in violation of the terms of this Policy is liable in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic
  • The Company is not responsible for the disclosure of confidential information if it occurred as a result of:

    • Force majeure circumstances
    • Wrongful actions of third parties that the Company could not influence

Final Provisions


This Policy comes into effect from the moment it is published on the Company's website. The Company has the right to unilaterally amend this Policy.
